Notice to Residents: Trestle Bridge on Rte. 322

East Caln Township, West Bradford Township, and Downingtown Borough are encouraged to see that PennDOT is taking initial steps to better secure against unauthorized entry onto PennDOT’s Trestle Bridge property. We also thank our area legislators and Chester County officials for encouraging PennDOT to make these efforts a priority, in the urgent interest of public safety. Our local municipalities and law enforcement continue to offer assistance and input in helping county and state officials with the important work of enhancing safety and security on the PennDOT property. We call on PennDOT to use all of its available resources and technology to help keep the Trestle Bridge area secure, and off-limits to the public.
