Manager's Message: Trash Triumphs: Celebrating Excellence in Waste Management!

Dear Residents,

Since bringing trash and recycling services in-house in 2008, West Bradford Township has been committed to providing top-notch services to our community. Our goal? To offer the best service in our area while keeping costs affordable for our residents.

Thanks to our dedicated team and the unwavering support of our community, we're proud to announce that our combined annual fee for trash and recycling services remains one of the most competitive in the County, at just $325! But we won't stop there – we believe our service goes above and beyond, setting the standard for excellence in Chester County. 

Despite the challenges posed by rising equipment prices, landfill fees, and rising costs associated with the processing of recyclable materials, we remain steadfast in our commitment to providing exceptional service. In 2023 alone, West Bradford collected a whopping 4,422 tons of refuse and 1,522 tons of recyclable materials! We're proud to say that our recyclables are among some of the cleanest collected.  

Our fleet covers over 150 lane miles of road per week, with each truck completing approximately 500 pickups. Our Township takes immense pride in our refuse and recycling program and team, and I am personally honored to work alongside such a talented group of individuals.
