1451 Camp Linden Road Update

Good Morning,

We know many are following the 1451 Camp Linden Road (Tarad Hill) property. A subdivision plan was going to be presented to our Planning Commission on Tuesday, April 5, 2022. However, in the spirit of cooperation, the applicant has granted a temporary extension on the review so that we can further our negotiation to place a conservation easement on the property.

It is important to note, that any easement requires voluntary participation of both the owner and the Township.   We look forward to continued negotiations that both respect the emotional aspect of this property as well as the private rights of the owner.

We will keep you apprised of our ongoing efforts to preserve West Bradford’s open space.
