DRC -Joseph Samleo/Sunwise Energy LLC seeking to place photovoltaic roof mounted panels on an existing structure located at 1203 Hedrick Alley (UPI#: 50-6-97.5B)

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the West Bradford Township Design Review Committee for the TND-2 Zoning District will conduct a public meeting on June 14, 2023 commencing at 6:30 p.m at the West Bradford Township Building located at 1385 Campus Drive, Downingtown PA 19335, to consider the building permit application filed by Joseph Samleo/Sunwise Energy LLC seeking to place photovoltaic roof mounted panels on an existing structure located at 1203 Hedrick Alley (UPI#: 50-6-97.5B) in West Bradford Township. The DRC is tasked with reviewing the building permit plan and providing recommendations to the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors. Copies of the application and plan are available for public inspection and may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the costs thereof by contacting the Township's administrative office at (610) 269-4174.
