Design Review Committee Meeting -539 Northbrook Road

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the West Bradford Township Design Review Committee for the TND-2 Zoning District will conduct a public meeting on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 commencing at 6:30 p.m at the West Bradford Township Building located at 1385 Campus Drive, Downingtown PA 19335, to consider the building permit application filed by Thomas Farrell who seeks to add a new shed dormer to an existing structure located at 539 Northbrook Road in West Bradford Township. The DRC is tasked with reviewing the building permit plan and providing recommendations to the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors. Copies of the application and plan are available for public inspection and may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the costs thereof by contacting the Township’s administrative office at (610) 269-4174. Those individuals with disabilities that require ADA accommodations for effective participation in the meeting should also contact the Township at (610) 269-4174 in advance of the hearing.
