Applicants are seeking a variance from Section 450-23.E (Performance Standards) of the West Bradford Township Zoning Ordinance, to exceed the maximum permitted impervious coverage for a residential lot in order to install a swimming pool and associated improvements (deck, retaining wall and fence); and any other relief that may be required. Applicants are seeking a variance from Section 450-23.E (Performance Standards) of the West Bradford Township Zoning Ordinance, to exceed the maximum permitted impervious coverage for a residential lot in order to install a swimming pool, deck, utility pad and fence; and any other relief that may be required.
