NOTICE  West Bradford Township Zoning Hearing Board will consider the following application and all other matters that properly come before it at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at the West Bradford Township Building, 1387 Campus Drive, Downingtown, Pennsylvania: APPEAL NO.: 445; Applicants: Jack & Jennifer Reisinger; Property: 1070 Glenside Road, Downingtown, PA 19335; UPI No. 50-2-79.  The subject Property is located in the R-1 Residential District. Applicant is seeking a variance from Section 450-65.A (front yard setback regulations) of the West Bradford Zoning Ordinance, and any other relief deemed necessary, in order to replace the existing detached garage with a larger detached garage within the front yard setback.
