NOTICE  West Bradford Township Zoning Hearing Board will consider the following application and all other matters that properly come before it at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at the West Bradford Township Building, 1387 Campus Drive, Downingtown, Pennsylvania: APPEAL NO.: 443;  Applicants: Dominic & Alexandra DiAngelus; Property: 1307 Rodebuck Drive, Romansville, PA  19320; UPI No. 50-4-644.  The subject Property is located in the TND-1 Traditional Neighborhood Development-1/VOD Village Overlay District.  Applicants are seeking a variance from Section 450-30.B.(4)(a) (side yard setback regulations) of the West Bradford Zoning Ordinance, and any other relief deemed necessary in order to construct/install a shed within the rear yard setback of the Property.  If any person who wishes to attend the hearing has a disability and/or requires an auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to observe or participate in the proceeding, s/he should contact the Township at (610) 269-4174 to discuss how these needs may be accommodated.
