NOTICE West Bradford Township Zoning Hearing Board will consider the following application and all other matters that properly come before it at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at the West Bradford Fire Company Substation, 1387 Campus Drive, Downingtown, Pennsylvania:  APPEAL NO.  #441.   Applicant: Eli Esh/A&E Builders, LLC, on behalf of property owner Carl Machutta; Property: UPI No. 50-3-12, 1365 Pennsridge Place, Downingtown, PA.  Applicant is seeking a variance from Section 450-65.A (accessory use regulations) of the West Bradford Zoning Ordinance, and any other relief deemed necessary in order to construct a detached garage in the front yard of the property.  If any person who wishes to attend the hearing has a disability and/or requires an auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to observe or participate in the proceeding, s/he should contact the Township at (610) 269-4174 to discuss how these needs may be accommodated.
