Applicant is seeking a variance from Sections 450-11.C(4) (maximum impervious surface area); 450-11.D(1)(b) (front yard setback & collector road distance requirements); & 450-11.D(2)(a) (maximum side yard setback requirements) of the West Bradford Zoning Ordinance, and any other relief deemed necessary in order to construct an addition, porch and detached garage to the existing dwelling.
