Lisa Valaitis serves as the Finance Director for West Bradford Township. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing all accounting and finance functions, including financial reporting, quarterly billing of refuse, sewer, and hydrant fees, accounts payable, and payroll.
Additionally, she manages human resources and benefits administration for all Township employees.
Ms. Valaitis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy. She brings over two decades of experience to the Township, including previous positions at two other local townships before joining West Bradford. Her passion for public service was inspired by her mother, who also worked for two different townships. She enjoys the opportunity to directly serve and support the community where she lives and works, finding the dedication of her team to making a positive impact meaningful.
Outside of the office, Ms. Valaitis enjoys a variety of hobbies, including walking, practicing yoga, gardening, making jewelry, reading, and spending time with her family. She has been rescuing and fostering guinea pigs for over ten years.
