A Lifelong Commitment to Service
Jack has dedicated over five decades of his life to serving West Bradford Township. As a Municipal Manager for 34 years, he played a pivotal role in shaping our community's growth and well-being. His passion for public service led him to become an elected Township Supervisor in 2016, where he continues to make a positive impact.
Leadership and Advocacy
Jack's commitment to excellence extends beyond our township. He has served on various committees of the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Officials, sharing his expertise and advocating for the needs of municipalities across the state. As an instructor for PSATS and the Governor's Center for Local Government Services, Jack has mentored countless individuals, passing on his knowledge and experience for the betterment of our communities.
Community Involvement
Jack's dedication to our township is evident in his involvement in numerous organizations and initiatives. He served as Past Chairman of the Legislative Committee of the Chester County Association of Township Officials and was a member of the Advisory Board for ConnectCare3, which serves members of the Pennsylvania Municipal Health Insurance Cooperative. He has also presented testimony before Pennsylvania Legislators on several occasions regarding legislation of importance to municipal officials.
Jack currently serves as a Trustee of the Brandywine Conservancy and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania State Police’s Camp Cadet - a summer camp for youth.
Preserving History and Promoting Education
Jack's commitment to preserving history and promoting education is equally impressive. He served on the Records Management Committee of the Pennsylvania Historic and Museum Commission and is a Trustee of the Chester County Historical Society. Additionally, Jack's passion for education is reflected in his service as Chairman of the Downingtown Library Board.
