APPEAL NO. 476: Applicants/Owners: Christen & David Calhoun, 1292 Austin Court, Romansville, PA 19320; TPN: 50-4-260. Applicants are seeking variances from the following sections of the West Bradford Township Zoning Ordinance (the “Ordinance”) in order to allow the installation of an in-ground swimming pool and related improvements to be located within the front yard of the Highspire Road frontage: (i) Section 450-65.A to allow an accessory structure to be located in the front yard; (ii) Section 450-65.C to allow the proposed swimming pool to be installed within the front yard; and (iii) Section 450-65.C(3) to allow the proposed swimming pool to be located within the front façade of the existing residential dwelling, as well as any other relief that may be required.

APPEAL NO. 477: Applicants/Owners: Adrian & Janice Chapman, 1280 West Strasburg Road, West Chester, PA 19382; TPN: 50-6P-66. Applicants/Owners: Adrian & Janice Chapman, 1280 West Strasburg Road, West Chester, PA 19382; TPN: 50-6P-66. Applicants are seeking a variance from Section 450-48.B(8) of the Ordinance to allow the construction of an addition to the existing single-family detached dwelling, which proposed addition will increase the primary front façade approximately 55 feet in width, whereas 40 ft. is the maximum width permitted, as well as any other relief that may be required.
