NOTICE West Bradford Township Zoning Hearing Board will consider the following application and all other matters that properly come before it beginning at 7 p.m., on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at the West Bradford Township Building, 1387 Campus Drive, Downingtown, Pennsylvania: APPEAL NO.: 451; Applicants: Sean and Leslie Serany, 2024 Milta Hill Road, Romansville, PA 19320; TPN: 50-4-7.12. Applicants are seeking to modify certain conditions of the Decision & Order issued for Appeal No. 447, dated March 21, 2023, which granted the requested relief, with conditions, for the installation of an in-ground swimming pool and associated improvements (the "Order"). Specifically, Applicants seek to modify the Condition #3 in the previous Order.
