NOTICE West Bradford Township Zoning Hearing Board will consider the following application and all other matters that properly come before it beginning at 7 p.m., on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at the West Bradford Township Building, 1385 Campus Drive, Downingtown, Pennsylvania: APPEAL NO.: 449; Applicants: Anthony & Sylvan Pools on behalf of John and Amanda Gercke, 1428 Stockton Road, Coatesville, PA 19320; TPN: 50-4-7.30. Applicants are seeking a variance from Section 450-23.E (Performance Standards) of the West Bradford Township Zoning Ordinance, to exceed the maximum permitted impervious coverage for a residential lot in order to install an in-ground swimming pool and related improvements, and any other relief that may be required.
