Zoning Hearing #446 Malinowski - 2011 Milta Hill Road continued from the Jan 4th meeting

NOTICE  West Bradford Township Zoning Hearing Board will consider the following application and all other matters that properly come before it at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at the West Bradford Township Building, 1387 Campus Drive, Downingtown, Pennsylvania: APPEAL NO.: 446; Applicants: Christine & Zachary Malinowski; Subject Property: 2011 Milta Hill Road, Downingtown, PA 19335; UPI No. 50-4-7.43 in the UDA Unified Development Area.  Applicants are seeking a dimensional variance from Section 450-23 (Performance Standards) of the West Bradford Township Zoning Ordinance, to exceed the maximum permitted impervious coverage for a residential lot in order to install a swimming pool, fire pit, deck and patio.
